Standard shipping is at no extra cost but if you decide you need your pc sooner you can go for the rush order (£44.99) which does have a delivery charge. Our rush order PCs aim to get delivered to you withing 2-3 working days regardless of the advertised build time. For more delivery information, view our shipping & charges page.
Delivery times are dependent on the shipping method you choose. Free shipping (1-2 days + Build Time). If you need your order urgently, we offer a special rush order service (2-3 days).

Please rest assured that we will ensure that you receive a PC in the advertised condition!
You can track your order by logging into your account>orders and selecting your order. You will be able to see the order status, and once shipped, you’ll be able to track the exact whereabouts of your order on the courier’s website.
Payment & Cancellations
Payments can be made via a large variety of credit debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard and American Express) as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay. All payment methods are secure and PCI compliant as well as offer a peace of mind guarantee.

Warranty Cover

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you at [email protected]. Should you then require to send the computer back, we will provide you with our repair address. Shipping costs will not be covered for any item outside our return window.

Product Returns
If you are not happy with you pc you can open a return by simply emailing us on [email protected] or requesting a return from your account dashboard (on the order page of the order you’d like to return). However, please do check the return policy here to confirm you are eligible for a return.
After we receive the product back we will inspect the item and will process the refund promptly. The money can take anywhere from 5-10 days to show up in your payment account or instantly if you are receiving a store credit instead.
If you have been charged twice for your order please contact your credit card provider to check why this has happened and if payment has been received by us twice. If they confirm that it is not a shadow charge (a shadow charge will automatically disappear within 3-4 days), contact us via email at [email protected] we will refund you the payment instantly. Please know even if we initiate the refund right away it can take anywhere from 5-10 days to show up in your account depending on your provider.
