This limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from NITRIX GLOBAL LTD.

What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, NITRIX GLOBAL LTD will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct any problems?
NITRIX GLOBAL LTD will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Please back up your data before sending any device for a warranty repair.

How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from NITRIX GLOBAL LTD is 2 YEARS from the date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Warranty will be void if?
If the technicians at NITRIX GLOBAL LTD have reasonable evidence to state that the product was physically or intentionally damaged warranty will be void, you will also be obligated to pay the postage costs and a fee of £50 pounds for the invalid claim of warranty. The warranty will be invalid if the product has been upgraded or tampered with by the consumer. This includes any changes of parts, removal of either of the side panels on the case, cable management, and any tampering with the product.

What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you at [email protected]. Should you then require to send the computer back, we will provide you with our repair address. It is recommended that you back up any important data. Shipping costs will not be covered.
